Requirement Clustering
This step includes ground work done to understand every requirement, acquaint ourselves about the industry, Understand market trends of competitors and understand the Product/Service of the clients thoroughly (Here we seek clients assistance).


Checking the interest of the candidates pertaining to the position on offer and possible prospects are checked on Soft skills like Communication, Present-ability (Verbally), Exposure to the Subject, Authenticity of the experience and facts given in profile.

Presentation to Client

Share the Info of the prospective candidates with the Client, If shortlisted arrange for interview schedules and co-ordinate for taking the process further till the joining.

If the profiles don’t match, encompassing agreed/desired hit rate "Sit n Clear Approach" is encouraged. This involves our Consultant sitting with the Client and understands the type of person required and other details for effective time saving
Post Employment Follow-Up
A sequential follow-up is done with all the placed candidates in order to maintain good relation that ensures us to help in increasing the retention rate at client’s place
